Swimming Lessons

Dallen and Corbin took 2 sessions of Swim lessons this year. I put Dallen in an up level swim class and the first time he struggled but he aced the class the next time. He can swim the length of the pool up and back in the breast stroke. He is really getting good at swimming. His next class will be getting him ready for swim teams.
Now Corbin is what we call our guppie. He goes to class to play in the water not to swim. His class is actually called the Sea Turtle so he thinks he has moved up but he has not. He also thinks that he will be a level 2 next year sad to say that is what he was this year. When he decides to swim he will but in the mean time he likes to play in the water and he always has fun.

Bear Lake

On Aug. 12Th Mark's family went camping. But to get a spot I had to go reserve it. It is a first come camp ground and we are the closest. Mark had to work on Thursday and that left me. So after the Boy'es swim lessons I loaded up the truck and went to find a camp spot. I found a spot and unloaded everything. Dallen help me pitch the tent. We made lunch and I let the boys play in the water. Mark then called to let me know he had Friday off so back down the mountain I went to get Mark. The rest of Mark's Family pulled in Friday to the spot across the way that we reserved for them. We then spent Saturday at Bear Lake. It was a lot of fun just playing in the water.

Bryce Canyon

Mark and I have been married for 12 years and he has never seen Bryce. So when we went down to get the boys after girls camp we decided to stop by. We left late Friday night because I had to judge a horse show until 7:30. We woke up early Saturday and spent the morning at Bryce. We hiked a few trails and made it to all the look outs. We even stop in Red canyon. We turned around the next day and came home. What a FAST trip!

Lagoon

So I have many post and I will try not to do it all in one day. This was back on July 21st we went to lagoon with the Nageli Family (My sister). The boys love these two girls so much it is fun to see them together. We got there when it opened and stayed until it closed. We made it to lagoon-a-beach too. Corbin was fun this year because he could ride every thing. Larisa and I took him on Wicked. This is how it went.
ME: "Corbo come ride this ride with me."
Corb."OK"
We stood in line and got the front row because he needs a little booster lagoon puts in. The ride was a blast it comes to a stop and I look over at Corbin he has tears in his eyes.
He then says "Why did you make me go on this ride! I did not like it!"
My sister and I start laughing! What ride did he think we were taking him on? He then went on it again and loved it. There was no one at lagoon the kids would get off the white roller coaster walk around and get right back on. The White roller coaster and wild mouse our the boys favorite rides. We had so much fun and would love to do it again. Thanks for the invite Nageli Family!
