Reflections

Where have I been? One word Reflections! I was over the reflection contest at the Boy's School this year. I believe this has taken all of me time for the last month. Now that it is over here are the boys projects. They entered the 3D group and won. I made sure they were numbered so that the judges didn't know they were my kids.
Dallen's was a City and Country made of Lego's. Cobro's was a world with lots of different color Lego men around it. The theme was Diversity means.....
They did great and I was way proud of them.

Nageli Halloween Party

What a fun night. My sister had a family Halloween party. We went on a scavenger hunt. When we came back there were Ghost sitting on her front Porch. They just sat there not talking. Everyone was trying to guess who they were. It was a long time before Surprise it was Our Mom and Dad. They came up from Panguitch to the party. It was a fun and way cute idea.

Pumpkin walk

This week every year is crazy for a room mom. Not only for Halloween but for the pumpkin walk at the school. I was over Dallens room and came up with Angry Birds. The kids love the theme. This is my set up for display. I also just helped with Corbin's.

Zion National Park

We hiked for 2 days in Zion National Parks for UEA weekend. What a great vacation. If you have never been down there you are missing out. My Dad started working down there in the spring and we decide to see where he works. How would you like to wake up to this every morning. I know I would love it. Our family's favorite hike was the Hidden canyon hike. We want to hike the Narrows when the boys get older. If you go hike early the trails get busy.

Angles Landing Zion

Mark and Dallen at the Top!!!

A view from the top.

The trail. A drop off on both sides. You have a chain you hold onto as you climb up. The path is not very wide. The only time Mark was scared is when they had to pass people. One time the Couple held onto the chain they were to scarred to left go. They had Dallen shuffle around them on the outside towards the drop off. The guy said he would grab Dallen if he started to fall. Mark told me this when we were home. Smart for him 2 days later and miles away form the people.

View from the top.

I made it to the Top!!!!

The view of Angles landing from Scouts landing. 1/2 mile to the top from here.
Mark and Dallen left the rest of us at scouts landing to finish the trek up.
This was the view in the morning of our UEA weekend. What was yours like?
(more pics to come.)
