My day!!!

I took a test on Facebook that asked What kind of mother are you?? I thought as I was answering the question I was going to be homemaker, but it turns out I was WHAT WAS I THINKING defined as I was thinking I was going to be so much better at this mom... Your the mom that just keeps trying to get it right. Multi tasking everything... Working, volunteering, you are trying to get it right but there's just so much to do. Your ok just keep trying... . I have been thinking about that for awhile and I realized today that it was true. Now this is what I mean this is a run down of my day and it is only 2:00.
7-wake up and make a hot breakfast for the boys (they don't like cereal)
8- scripture study and make sure Dallen is ready to go to school.
8:15 Conference call that is for 30 min
8:20 Make sure Dallen leaves for the Bus and still on Conference call
8:25 Neighbor kid comes over that I watch and still on Conference call
8: 50 Yep still on Conference call
8:55 Finally off Conference call and on the way out side to catch the horses
9:30 Horses caught brushed down and ready to saddle going to go pick up girl to help me
9:35 Found boys with Dog on my couch a big NO NO!!!!
9:40 No girl, dad went to get her from school and will drop her off and now saddling horse by self
10:00 Girl showed up to help and horse ready for all the preschool kids coming to ride.
10:40 8 Preschoolers crying, cold, and done riding the horses as I and my helper walked them around in the wind. And one horse acting up with 2 kids on it.
10:45 took kids to see the chickens and the eggs
11:00 Kids went home and took my helper home
11:15 home to get ready for Dallen's school
11:45 Stop at work to make copies
12:00-12:30 Taught Dallens hallway Class
12:45 Got eye brows waxed
12:55-1:20 Stop a walmart and pick up stuff for Disneyland
1:30 home and I am realizing everything I forgot to get at walmart and I am makeing new list. Pack some more for this weekend. Made boys lay down for naps.
Yep it is now 2:00 and the other 3 kids I watch are just getting droped off and no naps for anyone.
This whole time I had My son plus the neighbor boy. I now have 5 kids at my house with it cold and windy outside. I have done dishes today and 1 load of laundry but for my only day off during the week my house is needing my attention. But like the test says I am ok I will just keep trying.

Boys and Toys

Mark took the Boys to the Auto Rama on Sat. and these are some of there favorite cars. They loved the knight rider car because it talked and we can't forget about speed racer.

I stayed home and did a yard sale which I made a lot of money off stuff I was sick of in my house. It was a prefect Day. Yes Mark had the camera and memory stick. We finally have pictures.

SO LONG Be Prepared to Read

OK so I have been a slacker lately and my goal is to get better. Not to make excuses but my Internet was having problems and we have finally fixed some of it (I hope). Next we have done a lot of fun things as a family just to find out that we either forgot the camera or brought the camera and no memory stick for it. So Mark and I are going to try and bring both next time we do anything maybe if both of us are working on it we might actually get pictures.

Now for Updates on what we have done.

We went to the Planetarium to watch the new Under the Sea in 3D movie and I have to say I got sea sick watching it. My boys loved it and got a little scared of all the fish eating other fish. I hated the sea snakes coming towards me and looking like they were going to go down my shirt. We also rode Front Runner down and back and I actually think that was the boys favorite part of the day riding a Train. I didn't even Bring the Camera on this adventure.

Next we decide last minute to go through the Draper Temple Open House. So last Thursday Mark took the Day off and we took the Boys including the neighbor kid that I watch down to Draper for the Open house. The Boys loved the Font and thought that is where they wants to get baptised. Dallen got a brochure and his goal was to see if he could find all the rooms in the temple, he thought it was a map. He actually was mad when he thought he couldn't go to the waiting room but it was the last room to see on your way out. They all Loved the picture of Jesus through out the whole temple. I actually was all excited and had the Camera just to find out I didn't have the memory stick in it when I got there.

We also have had Dallen in Basketball and the games have been on Friday night. Now talk about not having a date night anymore. His last game was Friday and I thought great we get are Fridays back just to find out Corbin started soccer and his game are on Wed. and Fri. Then again never thought to take the camera to any of his games.

New Carpet

I have wanted new carpet in my house for years and I finally just went ahead and did it. I love my new carpet it is so soft and it makes my house look new and clean. If you want to know what my old looked like look at Dallen B-day party pics and you can see the blue.

Happy B-day Dallen

On Monday 19Th was Dallen's 7Th b-day and since all the kids were out of school for Human Rights Day we had his Party then it work out great. He had a Star Wars Lego Party which just means mom had to be creative. The Boys made Light Sabers with form piping and decorated them. Then they did an obstacle course in my house (YEAH I KNOW NOW THAT I AM NUTS). I actually thought it was all going to be fun and forgot I am dealing with 5 boys all 7 years old and I gave them a weapon. After about 15 min I sent them all outside, good thing that it was some what of a warm day.
