Snow Fun

Ok so one of the many reasons I love the snow is for skiing. I just wish I had more money to ski more, I love it. This year we put Corbin in Ski school for the first time it was fun to watch him. This is Dallen's second year and he is awesome. I got to ski with him for the last part of the day and he has improved so much more this year. I can't wait to go again with him. The weather was almost perfect. The sun was shinning and no wind. But the high was only about 10, so a little cold. Thank you Dad and Mom for the fun time.

Christmas Fun

We spent Christmas at my folks house in Panguitch. It was cold the whole time we were there and I mean -18 in the mornings burr. We had a lot of fun and I love seeing my Brothers and sister-in laws which both announced they are going to have a baby. We are all very excited about the news. Christmas was great and we all got what we ask for we were very blessed.

ZOO LIGHTS

Mark's Family party was scheduled for last Friday night but got cancelled due to the fact his Grandpa is in the Hospital. So since we had planned to be in Salt Lake we decided to take in the Zoo. It was a lot of fun with a ton of Lights. The boys got these glasses that make you see snowman on all the lights. That made it even more fun.

Christmas Fun

On the Sat. after Thanksgiving we went to see a light Parade and it was a lot of fun. They actually through candy which made the boys happy and it wasn't very cold

Contractor killed in industrial accident
October 29th, 2008 @ 4:29pm
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Kennecott Utah Copper Corp. says a 3,000-pound pipe crushed a truck driver to death at the company's tailings impoundment.

The company says William L. Kay, 81, was preparing to unload pipes Wednesday when one fell on him.

Kay's body was discovered by another contractor who was in a forklift to unload the pipes.

The impoundment collects ore waste from the production of copper.

Salt Lake County sheriff's Lt. Paul Jaroscak says his office referred the investigation to the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration.
